Privacy: Duo respects your privacy. We never give, sell or distribute information, including the personal information of customers, to anyone else. If you choose to be added to our mailing list, you will be sent an email approximately 2-3 times per year with product news, upcoming sales and promotions. You can easily unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Shipping: Duo orders can be shipped to anywhere in the world. Shipping rates for all locations are calculated at the check-out. Postage costs are calculated by region; New Zealand, Australia & the South Pacific, and the rest of the world.
How to order: It is easy to order products via our secure website. For a safe purchase, we use the PayPal payment system. Paypal is very easy to use and accepts most credit cards, worldwide. For more information go to www.paypal.com
Delivery: We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Customers in New Zealand can expect delivery from between 5-7 working days. International orders are sent by Air Mail. For customers in Australia, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery and 10-14 days for the rest of the world.
Postage: As mentioned above, our three postage regions are: New Zealand, Australia & the South Pacific, and the rest of the world. There is no minimum product order. Postage remains the same for orders of between 1 and 10 items, and increases for every 10 cards purchased. Postage for gift packs and sale items vary slightly from single card purchases.

Returns: We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please return the items in their original condition, within 30 days, for a full refund. All sale items are final.
